Thermal Grizzly KryoSheet Graphene

The graphene thermal pads from Thermal Grizzly’s KryoSheet series are a reliable, clean, and efficient alternative to traditional thermal pastes, designed to improve heat transfer between components such as the CPU/GPU and the cooling system.

Similar to the Carbonaut pads, KryoSheet also comes as a thin, flexible sheet with exceptionally high thermal conductivity, allowing it to be applied easily and precisely over the appropriate sockets and components.

Compared to Carbonaut, KryoSheet pads provide significantly higher thermal conductivity. The advantage stems not only from the material composition, but also from an advanced manufacturing process that optimally arranges the microscopic structure for heat transfer.

KryoSheet contains no liquid components, so it does not wear out or dry out like classic thermal paste, maintaining stability and performance over time even after repeated heating and cooling cycles.

Extreme thermal conductivity and long-term stability

KryoSheet pads have an anisotropic layered structure with alignment along the Z-axis. This arrangement enables rapid and efficient heat removal from the chip to the core of the heatsink, ensuring consistent performance over time.

A by-product of the advanced process and unique structure is higher electrical conductivity and an effect on surface stiffness; therefore, it is important to apply the pad according to the manufacturer’s instructions, avoid contact with electrical conductors around the component, and choose the appropriate size and thickness for the contact surface.
