Platform & chipset

The board is based on the AMD AM4 socket and the A520 chipset, supporting Ryzen 5000, 5000 G, 4000 G, 3000 and 3000 G series processors. A Q-Flash Plus button makes BIOS updates easy, and the GIGABYTE CONTROL CENTER software simplifies setup and tuning.

Memory & expansion

Two DIMM slots support dual-channel DDR4 in both ECC and non-ECC unbuffered configurations. For fast storage there is an M.2 slot with a PCIe Gen3 x4 interface that handles NVMe and SATA drives, alongside a SATA3 interface for additional storage.

Power, cooling & connectivity

An integrated ARGB header lets you connect and customise lighting, and the Smart Fan 6 function includes multiple temperature sensors and hybrid fan headers with a FAN STOP option.
