Lian-Li's RS line focuses on installation flexibility and clean cable management, set apart by its built-in USB hub. This 1000W unit in black meets the 80 Plus Gold standard and is ATX 3.1 ready. A rotatable power inlet together with dual-sided power connectors gives plenty of freedom when building into different chassis layouts.

Power & efficiency

A continuous 1000W rating provides broad headroom for hardware-heavy systems with a demanding graphics card and processor. The unit carries an 80 Plus Gold certification and, according to the maker, reaches Cybenetics Platinum-level efficiency, which contributes to lower power draw and cooler running. The compact 150 x 86 x 150 mm footprint is retained despite the high output.

Cables & connectors

The unit is ATX 3.1 ready and includes a dedicated 12V-2x6 cable of Lian-Li's own design, with a reinforced build for a secure, reliable link to next-generation graphics cards. A dual-sided ATX 20+4 connector, placed on both sides of the supply, lets you route the 24-pin lead from either direction for a tidy look in any configuration. An innovative AC inlet that rotates 90° allows the supply to be mounted horizontally or vertically to match the case.

The integrated RS Hub provides USB connections straight from the power supply, reducing reliance on the motherboard and simplifying cable routing. It offers 4 ports supporting up to 8 devices at a combined 2.5A, suiting RGB controllers and assorted USB accessories.

Reliability & cooling

A 135 mm cooling fan handles heat removal, with very quiet operation backed by PPLP SSS and Cybenetics A noise ratings. For long-term reliability the design uses quality industrial EPCOS capacitors made in Germany. The terminals are built from high-current copper alloy to support the unit's high output.
