COUGAR GLE 1000 - 1000W Fully Modular 80 PLUS Gold Power Supply

The COUGAR GLE 1000 is a 1000W power supply built for powerful gaming machines and workstations. Designed to the ATX 3.1 standard with PCIe 5.1 support, it features a native 12V-2X6 (12+4 pin) connector that feeds the latest graphics cards through a single cable. An 80 PLUS Gold rating and a fully modular design make it both efficient and clean to build with.

Power & efficiency

With a 1000W nominal output and an 80 PLUS Gold efficiency rating, the unit reaches up to 91% conversion efficiency, lowering power draw and heat. The 1000W model also earns a Cybenetics Platinum efficiency rating and an A- noise rating, and it passes the four ATX 3.1 power-excursion tests, where it must withstand spikes of up to 200% of rated power.

Cooling & engineering

A 135mm HDB (Hydro Dynamic Bearing) fan with an integrated stabilizing ring handles cooling, delivering quiet operation and a long service life thanks to reduced friction and vibration. The PSU uses 100% Japanese 105C capacitors, with an LLC, DC-DC and Tri-Sense design that provides a tight 2% voltage regulation and stable operation in ambient temperatures up to 40C.
