Welcome to the privacy policy page of the COMP-SHOP online store. We are committed to protecting your privacy and operating in accordance with the requirements of the law, including Amendment 13 to the Privacy Protection Law, which came into effect on August 14, 2025.

10. Compensation Without Proof of Damage
Amendment 13 allows claims for compensation of up to NIS 10,000 without proof of damage, in cases such as failure to respond to a request for access or deletion, or processing that did not comply with registration requirements.
11. Enforcement and Administrative Sanctions
The Privacy Protection Authority has been granted extensive enforcement powers – including significant fines, removal of outdated registration requirements, and imposition of sanctions even without an opportunity to remedy the violation.
12. Changes to This Policy
This privacy policy may be updated. Changes take effect upon publication on this page. It is recommended to review this policy periodically. All changes will be made in accordance with Amendment 13.
