- Payment
- Up to 6 interest-free credit card payments (7–36 with interest) via website, phone, or the Ashdod branch. Tourist cards also accepted.
- Bank transfer (not deferred), Bit, PayBox – shipping will be processed after payment confirmation.
- Cash at the Ashdod branch – up to ₪6,000. For higher amounts, cash payment is allowed for up to 10% of the total (not exceeding ₪6,000) in accordance with the Israeli cash law.
- PayPal – available only for shipments with a tracking number. A 3% service fee applies to PayPal payments.
- Shipping and Delivery
- Self-collection from the Ashdod branch – free of charge. Must be coordinated in advance or wait for SMS notification.
- PICKUP points – ₪20. Free for orders over ₪199 (for small packages).
- Courier to customer’s address – ₪45. Free for orders over ₪2,999.
- Self-collection from the importer – free of charge. Contact us in advance to coordinate.
- Delivery within 5 business days. Custom PC assembly time is up to 10 business days from order confirmation.
- In areas with limited access – delivery will be coordinated to a nearby acceptable location.
- Delivery is carried out by a courier company, not via registered mail. During the order process, the customer must provide a valid mobile number capable of receiving SMS messages for coordination and tracking.
- If an item is out of stock after ordering – the order will be canceled without charge.
