Supply and Deliveries

Welcome to the COMP-SHOP online store (hereinafter: "the Store" and/or "COMP-SHOP").

Payment

  • Up to 6 installments by credit card without interest (or 7–36 installments with interest) via the website, by phone, or at the Ashdod branch. Includes tourist credit cards.

  • Bank transfer (not deferred payment), Bit, PayBox – shipment will be made after final payment approval.

  • Cash at the Ashdod branch – up to NIS 6,000. Above this amount – cash payment is allowed up to 10% of the total transaction in accordance with the Cash Law, and in any case not more than NIS 6,000.

  • PayPal – available only for shipments that include a tracking number; a 3% service fee applies when using this payment method.

Shipping and Delivery

  • Self-pickup from the Ashdod branch – free of charge. Must be arranged in advance or wait for an SMS notification.

  • PICKUP collection points – NIS 20. Free shipping for orders over NIS 199 (for small packages).

  • Home delivery – NIS 45. Free shipping for orders over NIS 2,999.

  • Self-pickup from the importer – free of charge, by prior arrangement.

  • Shipping costs may change in cases of unusual weight, unusual volume, a large number of packages, or special destinations; in such cases, the customer will be notified before charging.

  • Shipping costs may also change even after payment in such special cases; in such a case, the customer will be offered to pay the difference or cancel the order and receive a full refund.

  • Delivery times are listed at the time of ordering and may vary depending on location, stock availability, the product's location (store stock or importer stock), and additional service requirements such as computer assembly.

  • Delivery for products in store stock – usually up to 5 business days.

  • Delivery for products in importer stock – according to the date of receipt from the importer.

  • Computer assembly time – up to 10 business days from order approval, and in special cases it may be longer, depending on assembly complexity and parts availability.

  • For areas with restricted access – delivery will be coordinated to a nearby alternative location.

  • Delivery is made via courier service, not registered mail. When placing an order, the customer undertakes to provide a valid mobile phone number capable of receiving SMS messages for coordination and tracking purposes.

  • If an item is out of stock after ordering – the order will be canceled without charge.
