Welcome to the COMP-SHOP online store website (hereinafter: "the store" and/or "Comp Shop").

Introduction

COMP-SHOP computer store invites users of the site http://compshop.co.il to purchase products through the virtual store designed for purchasing products by internet users in Israel. The office of COMP-SHOP is located at Gei Oni St. 6, Ashdod. Customer service center phone: 073-2241747.

The rules of this regulation apply to all uses and purchases on this site that will be made by you in the store. The regulation constitutes a binding contract between you and Comp Shop in all respects. The terms of the regulation may change from time to time, and the store reserves the right to update the regulation at its discretion. Please make sure that you have reviewed the terms of the regulation before each purchase on the site. All prices on this site include VAT.

Right to Participate in Sales on the Site

Every user who meets the following conditions is entitled to register on the site to make purchases:

The user is capable of performing legally binding actions in accordance with the volume and nature of the purchases he actually made. The user declares and confirms that he is capable of making purchases and has the right to enter into agreements with the store.
If the user is a minor (under 18 years of age), the user declares and confirms that the purchase he intends to make is an action that minors of his age usually perform, and/or he has obtained the consent of his legal guardians to perform it.
The user has a valid Israeli identity card or is a legal entity registered and operating in Israel.
The user has an email address on the internet and an address in Israel.

Internet Orders

Orders for products can be made through the site at http://compshop.co.il, by filling out an order form after adding products to the shopping cart. After full payment, a sales representative will contact you by phone, email, or SMS. The order is considered valid only after full payment is settled and an invoice for the transaction is issued.

Errors and Corrections

If a significantly lower or higher price compared to the usual average price is published, or a non-existent product is published, or a specification/video/image has a typo or error, Comp Shop has the right to cancel the transaction, notifying the buyer. In case of receiving payment, the buyer will receive an immediate refund.

Payment and Order Confirmation

Payment will be made only after order confirmation. The transaction will not take place between the customer and the store if payment has not been made. After placing an order, you will receive a notification by phone, email, or SMS. The COMP-SHOP store reserves the right not to execute the order and to cancel the order at its discretion.

For each product or service offered on this site for sale, a sales page is presented. The sales page includes the name of the product or service offered for sale, the price of the product including VAT, and the shipping price including VAT.

Product Images

The images presented on the site are for illustration purposes only. There may be differences between the appearance and specifications of the product and what is shown in the image. In case of contradictions between the actual specification of the product and the data presented on the site, they are subject to the manufacturer's definitions, including sizes/volume, testing methods, testing conditions, technical data, and any other data provided by the manufacturer/importer.

Warranty

The warranty for each product is provided in accordance with what is stated in the warranty certificate and/or recorded in the invoice for each product according to the terms of the importer/manufacturer. When purchasing with delivery, the service is not necessarily provided at the customer's site, but as stated in the warranty certificate. Warranty conditions are subject to the terms of the warranty certificate and/or recorded in the invoice according to the terms of the importer/manufacturer.

Product Availability

Orders can also be made at the Ashdod branch. Not all products presented on the site are available for immediate supply at the branch. Product availability can be clarified by phone 073-2241747 or by email sales@compshop.co.il.

Self-Pickup

An order can be placed through the site with self-pickup from the Ashdod branch and receive SMS and email notifications when the order is ready for pickup at the branch.

Delivery Times and Costs

Prices, promotions, and everything listed on the site and on the product pages are valid until the end of the working day.

Restrictions on Large Transactions

Transactions over 600 shekels are conditional on the delivery address and phone number of the cardholder matching the details in the credit company and being approved by the store. COMP-SHOP has the right, at its discretion, to cancel the transaction if there is suspicion that the payment for the purchase will not be received.

If the transaction was not approved by the credit companies, the customer will receive an appropriate notification within 96 hours, and the order will be considered canceled.

Payment Methods

Credit Card: You can pay by credit card in up to 12 installments without interest. You can pay with credit cards, including tourist credit cards from American Express, Visa, Isracard, MasterCard, Diners, and Discover.
Bank Transfer or Bit.
Cash or check in cash at the branch.
Bank Transfer: You can pay via bank transfer to the COMP-SHOP store account. The product will be delivered after receiving full confirmation of payment from the bank. Bank account details can be obtained when ordering the product.

Privacy of Site Users

To place an order, the customer will be asked to enter personal information such as: email, full name, address, phone number, etc. This information is required to complete the order on the site. This information will not be disclosed to third parties, except in cases where the store is required by law, court order, or authorized authority.

Information including payment method data is not stored, saved, or recorded in COMP-SHOP's information systems, but is stored in the information systems of a company specializing in providing such services and having PCI standard.

Transaction Cancellation and Product Return Policy

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Law 1981 and its provisions, the customer has the right to cancel a transaction and return products purchased on this site. The customer must check the product immediately upon receipt at the time of delivery. The fact of placing an order on the site does not constitute a sale. In accordance with the law, the customer will be provided an electronic document or a document at the time of delivery containing transaction data and additional data in accordance with the law (hereinafter: "disclosure form"). If the customer did not receive the disclosure form, the customer must notify the COMP-SHOP store as soon as possible of not receiving the disclosure form.

In accordance with the law, the cancellation notice can be sent from the moment the transaction is made until the end of 14 days from the date of delivery of the product or from the date of receiving the disclosure form, whichever is later. The cancellation notice must include the full name of the orderer, address, and phone number and be submitted in writing to the store (including sending by email and/or fax).

The product cannot be returned without its original packaging.

In case of cancellation of the transaction and in accordance with the law, the COMP-SHOP store has the right to deduct a cancellation fee from the amount paid by the customer (5% of the transaction value or 100 shekels, whichever is lower). Additionally, COMP-SHOP has the right to deduct processing fees.

The right to cancel the transaction does not apply to the following products:

Information as defined in the Computers Law 1995.
Products manufactured specifically for the consumer as part of the transaction.
Products that can be recorded, reproduced, or duplicated if the consumer opened their original packaging.
Perishable goods (with a short shelf life).

Store's Right to Cancel the Transaction

The store has the right to cancel the transaction or sale in whole or in part in the following cases:

If an error was made in presenting the item in the store and/or in delivering the product to the customer, whether in the price of the product or in the description and specifications of the product.
If it is discovered that there was a communication failure and/or another technical problem that distorted the price of the product and/or description of the product.
In case of obstacles and/or delays due to force majeure, such as, but not limited to: acts of war, hostility, terrorism, cyber sabotage, intentional or accidental error on the store's website, strikes and shutdowns, unusual natural events, credit card processing failures, and any other reasons not resulting from the store's actions.
If the product ran out of stock in the online store warehouse before or after the purchase was made (but before shipment to the customer).
If an operating system/Office OEM was purchased, and a desktop or laptop was not purchased in the same order.
If there is suspicion that the payment for the purchase will not be received.
When ordering a desktop computer and/or any product ordered to order, and some of the components in the order, in the opinion of the store, are not compatible with each other. In this case, the store is not responsible for ensuring the compatibility of all components of the product in a custom order.

Any cancellation of a transaction in accordance with the provisions of this section will not be charged a cancellation fee by the customer.

In a personal transaction (the customer personally meets with the salesperson in the branch), the product return policy published in the branch applies.

Delivery Costs

The delivery cost, as stated on the COMP-SHOP website. The delivery cost is added to the product cost.

Self-Pickup and Delivery Options:

Self-pickup from the Ashdod branch - 0 shekels.
Delivery to more than 1300 pickup points - 1-5 business days - 0-20 shekels (free for orders over 250 shekels, up to 3 kg).
Home delivery - 1-5 business days - 0-39 shekels (free for orders over 3000 shekels, 29 shekels for orders over 1000 shekels).

Product Delivery

COMP-SHOP will strive to deliver the ordered products within 5 business days from the date of confirmation of the transaction by the store. For products ordered to order, such as computer assembly, the assembly time (preparation of the computer) is up to 3 days, this is added to the delivery time of 5 days. In remote areas, different delivery times may apply. Business days are from Sunday to Thursday and do not include Fridays, Saturdays, holidays, and holiday eves.

When delivering the product, you must present an identity card, driver's license, or Israeli passport matching the credit card details.

The store will ensure the delivery of the product or service purchased on the site to the address entered at registration, within the period specified on the product sales page unless otherwise stated.

The store is not responsible for delays in product delivery in case of force majeure circumstances, as mentioned above, and/or circumstances beyond its control.

In areas restricted for access by the courier service, the store and/or supplier have the right to deliver the products to customers at a nearby and agreed place, coordinated in advance with the customer.

Courier Delivery

COMP-SHOP provides home delivery services through an external courier service in certain areas, updated from time to time. As of today, delivery is made from Haifa to Eilat. The list of cities can be seen when placing an order on the site. COMP-SHOP reserves the right to require the presence of the credit cardholder and an identity card, which will be photographed by the courier for confirmation of product receipt.
