1. Warranty Coverage
The warranty is provided by Comp Master Computer Lab, unless otherwise stated in the invoice/quotation (e.g. importer or manufacturer warranty). The exact warranty period and conditions are specified in the purchase invoice and form an integral part of these terms
2. What the Warranty Includes
Under the warranty and subject to the conditions below, Comp Master will repair the product and/or replace a defective component at its discretion with a new, equivalent, or higher-performance part. If repair or replacement is not reasonably possible, a refund may be issued in accordance with the law and Comp Master’s discretion
3. Data and Software
The warranty does not cover data, files, or software. The customer is responsible for backing up all data before submitting the product for inspection or repair. Comp Master is not liable for data loss or exposure, including when parts are sent to third parties (importer or manufacturer)
4. Warranty Related to Delivery
4.1 For warranty cases within 30 days from delivery, collection and return shipping are covered by Comp Master
4.2 After 30 days, all shipping services are paid by the customer. Costs may vary based on region, volumetric weight, and carrier pricing
5. Shipping Damage Responsibility
5.1 Comp Master is responsible for damage caused during shipping, provided it was not due to customer negligence, improper use, or poor packaging
5.2 Damage caused by improper packaging or failure to follow instructions is not covered
6. Product Packaging for Shipping
6.1 The customer must pack the computer safely using a rigid box, protective materials, and internal stabilization
6.2 Keeping the original packaging is recommended
7. Packaging Approval via Photos/Videos
7.1 Customers may send photos and/or videos of the internal and external packaging for review
7.2 Once Comp Master officially approves the packaging, the customer is exempt from responsibility for packaging-related shipping damage
7.3 In this case, Comp Master bears responsibility for shipping damage, provided the approved packaging was not altered
8. Main Warranty Exclusions
The warranty does not apply in cases of misuse, physical damage, liquid exposure, corrosion, lightning, power surges, unauthorized repairs, software issues, viruses, or unpaid balances
9. Submitting Equipment for Inspection
Computers assembled by Comp Master must be returned without disassembly. Improper removal of parts may void the warranty
10. Repair Time
Estimated service time is up to 10 business days from arrival at the lab, excluding weekends and holidays
