ATEN KX9980R 5K DisplayPort Dual Display KVM over IP Receiver

The ATEN KX9980R is a dual display KVM over IP receiver that connects to a KX9980T transmitter over an IP network and lets you control a remote computer with a keyboard, mouse, two DisplayPort displays up to 5K and USB 3.2 peripherals. Video is delivered with lossless compression, up to 12-bit color depth and zero latency.

It is built for control rooms, ATC towers and broadcast centers: one RJ-45 port and two SFP+ slots for 10 Gbps fiber, redundant power, 256-bit AES encryption, a built-in 2-port local KVM switch and centralized management with CCKM.

• 5K on two displays - Two DisplayPort displays at up to 5120 x 2880 at 30Hz, or 5120 x 1440 and 4096 x 2160 at 60Hz, 2560 x 1440 at 144Hz and 1920 x 1080 at 240Hz, with lossless compression and zero latency.
• USB 3.2 over IP - Extends USB 3.2 Gen 1 peripherals over KVM over IP, including isochronous transfer for webcams, microphones and speakers, plus Virtual Media for installations and file transfers.
• 10G fiber and redundancy - One RJ-45 port and two SFP+ slots for 10 Gbps fiber up to 10 km, with automatic network failover and two DC jacks for redundant power.
• Local console and IT/OT separation - A built-in 2-port KVM switch on the receiver connects a local PC and gives access to both physical servers and virtual machines while keeping the OT network isolated.
• Security - 256-bit AES encryption for all transmitted data, TLS and authentication via RADIUS, LDAP, Active Directory and TACACS+.
• Matrix management with CCKM - With CCKM software you can build a KVM over IP matrix, video walls up to 12 x 12, a Panel Array preview of up to 36 sources and Boundless Switching by moving the mouse across screens.
