HDMI over IP ATEN VE8900R 1080p VE8900R Color:black

ATEN VE8900R 1080p HDMI over IP Receiver

The ATEN VE8900R is an AV over IP receiver that connects to a display or projector and receives video from an ATEN VE8900T transmitter over a standard Gigabit Ethernet network. The system lets you connect many sources and displays on the same network, from point-to-point through splitting and matrix switching up to a video wall, and suits digital signage in malls, airports, campuses and conference centers.

The receiver displays video at up to 1080p@60Hz with lightweight compression and low latency, and reaches up to 100 m in a direct Cat 5e/6 link. Two RJ-45 ports allow receivers to be daisy chained, and a built-in scaler matches the image to the display's resolution. Audio is output over HDMI and through a separate mini jack.

Key features

• Full HD over a Gigabit network - Video at up to 1080p@60Hz with lightweight compression and low latency, EDID Expert and three selectable compression levels.
• Daisy chain and video wall - Two RJ-45 ports for daisy chaining (up to 30 units recommended) and video walls of up to 8x8 displays in landscape or portrait (90° and 270° rotation).
• Built-in scaler - The receiver scales the incoming signal up to the maximum resolution of the connected display, so 4K and 1080p screens can be mixed in one system.
• Audio de-embedding - Audio is extracted from the HDMI stream and also output through a mini stereo jack for speakers or an amplifier.
• USB, IR and RS-232 - Two USB Type A ports for devices such as a keyboard, mouse, printer or touch screen, a bi-directional IR channel and a bi-directional RS-232 port.
• Management without a server - Web GUI (VE Manager) with scheduling and group management, ID pushbuttons on the unit, and ATEN Control System control via Telnet or RS-232.
