| Revew | ATEN PE8208G 16A 8-Outlet Outlet-Metered & Switched eco PDUThe ATEN PE8208G is an eco PDU intelligent power distribution unit for network racks, with seven IEC C13 outlets and one IEC C19 outlet, an IEC C20 inlet and up to 16A total current. It measures current, voltage, power, power factor and energy (kWh) at the outlet level and lets you switch on, switch off and power cycle each outlet remotely. Management is available through a browser interface, SNMP v3 and ATEN eco DC software, with power-on sequencing, threshold settings, email and Syslog alerts and support for optional temperature and humidity sensors. It suits server rooms, network racks and data centers. 
Key features- Outlet-level metering - Real-time current, voltage, VA, power factor and kWh for each outlet, with 1% accuracy for voltage and current (above 1A) and 2% for power.
- Remote control of each outlet - Switch on, switch off and power cycle each outlet over the network, with a power-on sequence and delay time set per outlet.
- Proactive Overload Protection - ATEN POP automatically powers off outlets when current overloads to protect the equipment, in addition to a built-in 16A breaker.
- Network management - 10/100 Ethernet port, browser interface, SNMP v3, HTTPS and 128-bit SSL, RADIUS authentication and eco DC software for centralized management and power reports.
- Environment monitoring - Two ports for optional temperature and humidity sensors (sold separately) to monitor conditions in the rack.
- Display and access during faults - A 3-digit LED display shows current and IP address. The unit has power separate from its outlets, so the management interface stays available even if the breaker trips.
