Cable Vention DP 32Gbps 3m HCDBI

Vention DisplayPort 1.4 8K 32Gbps Cable, 3 m

Vention's three-metre DisplayPort 1.4 cable suits setups where the PC and the monitor sit farther apart. It carries high-resolution video at a fast refresh rate, and the generous length is convenient when the Computer is placed away from the desk or the display is mounted on a wall.

Purpose

The cable provides a digital video link between the graphics card and the monitor over the DisplayPort 1.4 standard. It is intended for users who run high-refresh monitors and need a longer reach, with a total bandwidth of 32.4Gbps.

Capabilities

The cable handles 8K@60Hz as well as 4K@144Hz, 2K@165Hz, and 1080P@240Hz, so resolution and refresh rate can be balanced to taste. A 32-bit audio channel carries detailed sound together with the video, and Dynamic HDR support enables contrast and colour adjustment across frames.

Connectivity & compatibility

It supports vertical sync through NVIDIA's G-Sync and AMD's FreeSync to cut tearing and keep gameplay continuous. Both ends carry a DisplayPort connector, making it a direct fit between a graphics card and a monitor with matching inputs, even when extra distance is required.
