Cable Gold Touch DVI-I Converter Cable E-DVII-DV

Gold Touch DVI-I Converter Cable

The Gold Touch E-DVII-DV is a short 0.1 m adapter cable with a DVI-I 24+5 male connector on one end and two female outputs on the other: VGA and DVI-D. It lets you attach two display devices, such as monitors or projectors, to a single DVI-I port on the computer.

The cable works in one direction only, from one source to two display devices, and is not reversible. It is plug and play and needs no installation. The VGA output uses the analog signal carried by the DVI-I port, so the computer port must be DVI-I rather than DVI-D.

Key features

• DVI-I to VGA and DVI-D - A DVI-I 24+5 male connector on one end, and a VGA female output plus a DVI-D female output on the other.
• Two displays from one port - Connect two monitors or projectors to one DVI-I port on the computer. Running both at once depends on the graphics card sending both digital and analog signals on that port.
• One direction - The cable carries the signal from one source to two display devices and is not reversible, so it cannot connect two sources to one monitor.
• Plug and play - No settings or installation: plug the cable into the DVI-I port and connect the monitor cables to its outputs.
• 0.1 m length - A short 10 cm cable that stays close to the back of the computer, ready for the monitor cables.
