| Revew | Jackery Explorer 1000 v2 Portable Power StationThe Jackery Explorer 1000 v2 is a portable power station with a 1070Wh lithium iron phosphate (LiFePO4) battery and an inverter rated at 1500W continuous and 3000W peak. It suits camping, field work and home backup, and runs devices such as portable fridges, laptops, lighting and communication equipment. It has two 230V AC outlets, two USB-C ports (up to 100W), a USB-A port and a 12V car outlet. It charges from the mains, from a car or from solar panels, and can be managed with the Jackery app on your phone. 
Key features- 1070Wh LiFePO4 battery - The lithium iron phosphate battery keeps at least 70% of its capacity after 4,000 charge cycles, so it suits regular use over many years.
- 1500W continuous, 3000W peak - A pure sine wave inverter delivers up to 1500W continuously and up to 3000W momentarily, enough for a wide range of household appliances and outdoor gear.
- Fast charging from the wall - A standard AC charge takes about 1.7 hours. In Emergency Charge mode, enabled in the app, the station charges fully in about one hour.
- Three ways to charge - Besides the mains, it charges through two DC8020 inputs: from a car outlet (about 12 hours) or from Jackery SolarSaga panels with up to 400W combined. With two SolarSaga 200W panels a full charge takes about 3.8 hours.
- UPS backup - With the station plugged into the wall and your devices plugged into it, it switches to battery within 20ms during a power cut. The manufacturer advises against connecting equipment that needs 0ms switching, such as servers.
- App, light and quiet operation - The app connects over Wi-Fi and Bluetooth, shows the battery status and turns on Quiet Charging and Battery Saving modes. The front LED light has an SOS mode, and the cooling fan runs at up to 22dB.
