Dell Noble Compact Wedge Lock TZ04T Laptop Lock

The Dell Noble Compact Wedge Lock TZ04T (461-AAEC) is a cable lock for laptops with the Noble Wedge security slot, such as Dell Latitude systems with this slot. The Wedge slot was designed for thin laptops, and the lock head grips it firmly to deter theft.

The lock is attached to a 1.8 m, 4 mm braided steel cable with a PVC coating and opens with a 7 mm inverted barrel key. The lock head rotates 360 degrees, and it is tested to withstand over 150 pounds of force in a 5-way pull test. The kit includes 2 keys, a peripheral cable trap and a storage pouch.

Key features

• For the Noble Wedge slot - The lock head fits the Noble Wedge slot found on thin laptops, such as Dell Latitude models with this slot.
• 7 mm barrel key - Noble's patented inverted barrel key system with tumbler technology, individually keyed locks and master key support for organizations.
• Braided steel cable - A 4 mm, 1.8 m braided steel cable with PVC coating and an end loop for anchoring to a desk or fixed object.
• 360-degree rotating head - The cable and lock head rotate freely, so the laptop stays flat on the desk and the lock is harder to snap by twisting.
• Peripheral cable trap - Noble's patented trap lets you run the charger cable or USB-C, USB and HDMI cables through it before locking, to secure them as well.
