LIAN-LI Strimer Plus V2 8-Pin

The LIAN LI Strimer Plus V2 8-Pin (PW8-PV2) is an addressable RGB extension cable for a graphics card powered by two 8-pin PCIe connectors. It fits between the power supply cables and the card, and 8 light guides with 108 LEDs turn the wiring into part of the PC design.

Version 2 adds a side light strip, narrows the light strips to 2.1 mm and reduces the RGB zone and cable thickness to 8 mm for more flexibility. The lighting syncs with the motherboard through a 5V ARGB 3-pin header, or is controlled in L-Connect 3 software with the Strimer controller, sold separately.

Key features

• 8 light guides and 108 LEDs - Many LEDs spread evenly along the cable create complex lighting effects, with 4 separate lighting channels on the dual 8-pin version.
• Side light strip - An extra light strip on the side of the cable spreads light in several directions, and the 2.1 mm light strips look slim and clean.
• Durable silicone cable - A high-end single-layer silicone (TPE) cable rated for 130 to 150 degrees Celsius, with a UV resistant coating that prevents yellowing and dust.
• Slim and flexible - The RGB zone and cable are only 8 mm thick, so it bends easily into any build. If the connector faces the wrong way for the card, flip the cable 180 degrees.
• Motherboard sync - A 5V ARGB 3-pin adaptor connects the cable directly to the motherboard. Alternatively, connect it to the Strimer L-Connect 3 controller, which is not included.
• L-Connect 3 control - With the controller, the software offers 11 individual and 13 combined lighting modes, per-channel settings and quick sync with UNI FAN fans and other LIAN LI devices.
