| Revew | SCUF Omega Wireless Controller Steel GrayThe SCUF Omega is a competitive controller officially licensed by Sony for PlayStation 5 consoles, and it also works with Windows PCs and iOS and Android devices. Built on 15 years of SCUF esports development, it adds 11 extra inputs: four rear paddles, two Side Action (SAX) buttons and five G-keys. The thumbsticks use magnetic TMR sensors that resist stick drift, the buttons and bumpers use OMRON mechanical switches, and the instant triggers can be set to a short or full pull. It connects wirelessly through a USB-A dongle or by USB-C cable, with a 1,000Hz polling rate on PC. A hard carrying case and 3 extra thumbsticks are included.
Key features- Four rear paddles - Four paddles can be mapped to any face button, D-pad direction or bumper right on the controller, with no software needed, so you can act without taking your thumbs off the sticks.
- Five G-keys - Five dedicated on-board inputs: three optimized for wired headset controls (mute, volume and microphone) and two you can map to any high-priority action.
- Two SAX side buttons - Side Action buttons add more commands without changing your grip. If you do not need them, swap in the blanking plates included in the box.
- Endurance TMR thumbsticks - Magnetic Tunneling Magnetoresistance sensors with no contact wear points keep the sticks precise over time and greatly reduce stick drift. The thumbsticks are removable and replaceable.
- Instant triggers and OMRON switches - Switches on the back shorten the trigger pull to a mouse-click feel for shooters or keep the full pull for racing games. Buttons and bumpers use OMRON mechanical switches.
- 1K polling and SCUF app - A 1,000Hz polling rate on PC in wired and wireless modes for fast response, plus the SCUF mobile app for iOS and Android to customize your settings.
