Mini PC Minis Forum NAB6 Lite 16GB SSD:512GB

MinisForum NAB6 Lite i5-12600H Mini PC with 512GB SSD

The NAB6 Lite from MinisForum's Venus series is a mini PC powered by the Intel Core i5-12600H processor, with 16GB of DDR4 memory and a 512GB SSD. It offers a compact, upgradeable platform with broad display and connectivity support, and ships with Windows 11 Pro.

Capacity & interface

Storage options on the NAB6 Lite combine a 2.5-inch bay alongside an M.2 2280 slot, so a second drive can be added beyond the 512GB SSD that comes with the system. This flexibility lets you separate the operating system from expanded storage for files and media.

Upgrading is especially simple - you press on the top cover and open it without any tools, which makes swapping hardware components and adding storage or memory easy down the line.

Speed

At the heart of the system is the Intel Core i5-12600H with 12 cores and 16 threads and clock speeds up to 4.5GHz. This mix delivers generous processing power for everyday work and multitasking, while the 16GB of DDR4 memory supports smooth handling of several tasks at once.

To deal with the heat generated under load, MinisForum developed a new active cooling system with side vents, featuring two heat pipes and two air vents. The design tackles heat build-up around the storage drives and keeps operation stable.

Form factor & use

The compact chassis supports up to four 4K@60Hz screens at once, thanks to 2x HDMI and 2x USB Type-C that handle 4K@60Hz - well suited to multi-monitor workstations. Two Ethernet ports allow dual network connections, and the PC can connect directly to a display with support for power delivery of up to 100W over PD.

The connectivity set includes four Type-A ports and three Type-C ports to cover a variety of needs, making the NAB6 Lite a compact, versatile desktop for home and office.
