Fractal Design North Momentum Edition PC Case, Black

The North Momentum Edition is a performance-focused take on the iconic, modern-styled North case, designed to slot into your gaming setup. Its front blends blackened oak wood with dark metal finishes, and three Momentum 12 fans come pre-installed for improved airflow right out of the box. The case measures W=215 H=469 D=447mm.

Build & form factor

The case uses a standard-size tower layout with external dimensions of W=215 H=469 D=447mm, offering a roomy interior for a comfortable build. The full-black treatment of the North series, together with a blackened oak front and dark metal details, gives it a premium, modern look that blends into any setup.

The open front and mesh top panel are not just aesthetic touches but part of the design approach: they open the structure to direct airflow toward the components, so the elegant look and the cooling work hand in hand.

Cooling & expansion

The three pre-installed Momentum 12 fans deliver strong airflow straight out of the box, using LCP blades and FDB bearings for long-term reliability and quiet operation. Cooling options are flexible: support for a front radiator up to 360mm, a top radiator up to 240mm and a CPU air cooler up to 170mm tall, letting you choose between air and liquid cooling to suit your build.

For expansion, the case supports graphics cards up to 355mm long, or up to 300mm with a front radiator fitted, so you can install large GPUs for a powerful gaming build.

Assembly & cable management

Assembly is straightforward thanks to tool-free internal access and a top panel that slides off via a built-in tab, simplifying access to components and cable routing during the build.

The front interface includes a USB Type-C port and a USB Type-A port, along with separate audio and microphone jacks, keeping connections for accessories and devices close at hand.
