Fractal Design Node 304 Black Mini-ITX Case

The Fractal Design Node 304 is a compact case for Mini-ITX and Mini-DTX motherboards with a clean Scandinavian look and an aluminium front panel. Its modular mounting system takes up to six 3.5-inch or 2.5-inch drives, and unused brackets can be removed to make room for a long graphics card, extra airflow or cable management.

The case comes with three Silent Series R2 hydraulic bearing fans, a fan controller and dust filters on all intakes. It works well as a home file server, a quiet living-room media PC or a small but powerful gaming system.

Key features

• Up to six drives in a small case - Three modular brackets hold up to six 3.5-inch or 2.5-inch drives. Brackets you do not need can be removed.
• Room for full-size parts - An ATX power supply up to 160 mm long, graphics cards up to 310 mm with a drive bracket removed, and tower CPU coolers up to 165 mm tall or a single-fan liquid cooler.
• Three quiet fans - Two 92 mm fans in the front and one 140 mm fan in the rear, all Silent Series R2 with hydraulic bearings. The included fan controller handles all three.
• Removable dust filters - Removable filters on the front and the PSU intake plus a filter for the graphics card vent keep the interior clean and are easy to wash.
• Minimalist design - An elegant aluminium front panel with two USB 3.0 ports and headphone and microphone jacks. An internal USB 3.0 to USB 2.0 adapter is included.
