Case Fan Noctua NF-A15 PWM 1500 RPM 150mm Color:Brown, '

Case Fan Noctua NF-A15 PWM 1500 RPM

The Noctua NF-A15 PWM is a premium quiet 140 mm fan with a round frame widened to 150 mm, designed for high-end CPU coolers and also used as a case fan. This is the 1500 RPM version of the fan, the one Noctua supplies with its CPU coolers such as the NH-D15: up to 1500 RPM, up to 140.2 m³/h of airflow and 24.6 dB(A) maximum noise. The fan is new and bulk packed, without a retail box or accessories.

It suits replacing or adding a fan on a tower CPU cooler, mounting on a radiator, or use as a case intake or exhaust fan. Standard 120 mm mounting holes (105 mm spacing) make it, according to Noctua, an ideal performance upgrade for 120 mm fans.

Automatic PWM control from the motherboard, from 300 RPM at low load up to 1500 RPM, an SSO2 bearing with a metal bearing shell and an MTTF of over 150,000 hours give quiet and stable operation for years.

Key features

• Round 140 mm frame, 150 mm wide - The 150 mm width matches large heatsinks, while the 140 mm height does not stick out above them. 120 mm mounting holes (105 mm spacing) make it an upgrade for 120 mm case or cooler fans.
• Flow Acceleration Channels - Suction-side channels speed up the airflow at the outer blade regions, reducing flow separation and improving efficiency and vortex noise.
• AAO frame - Advanced Acoustic Optimisation frame with Stepped Inlet Design, Inner Surface Microstructures and integrated extra-soft silicone anti-vibration pads.
• SSO2 bearing with metal shell - Second generation of Noctua's SSO bearing with the rear magnet closer to the axis for stability and precision, in a CNC-milled brass bearing shell. MTTF of over 150,000 hours.
• PWM from 300 to 1500 RPM - 4-pin PWM connector for automatic motherboard control: 300 RPM minimum at 20% PWM up to 1500 RPM, with up to 140.2 m³/h of airflow at 24.6 dB(A).
