Case Fan Noctua NF-S12A ULN 120mm Color:Brown

Noctua NF-S12A ULN Case Fan

The Noctua NF-S12A ULN is the third generation of Noctua's quiet S12 case fan series. Its blades with Anti-Stall Knobs work together with the AAO (Advanced Acoustic Optimisation) frame and, according to the manufacturer, improve the airflow-to-noise efficiency by up to 8% over the predecessor.

The ULN (Ultra Low Noise) version is made for users who are very sensitive to noise: up to 800 RPM at 8.6 dBA, or 600 RPM at 6.7 dBA with the included Low-Noise Adaptor. The fan uses a 3-pin connector and ships with a Molex adaptor, an extension cable and anti-vibration mounts.

Key features

• AAO frame - The Advanced Acoustic Optimisation frame has integrated anti-vibration pads, a Stepped Inlet Design and Inner Surface Microstructures that refine the performance-to-noise ratio.
• SSO2 bearing - The second generation SSO bearing places the rear magnet closer to the axis for better stabilization, precision and durability. MTTF over 150,000 hours.
• Anti-Stall Knobs - Knobs on the blades reduce flow separation at medium to high impedance, so the fan also performs well on heatsinks and radiators.
• Near-silent with L.N.A. - The NA-RC12 Low-Noise Adaptor lowers the speed to 600 RPM and noise to 6.7 dBA for a near-silent PC.
• Integrated silicone pads - Extra-soft silicone pads at the frame corners reduce vibration transfer while keeping full compatibility with standard screws and other mounting systems.
