| Revew | Noctua NH-U14S DX-4677 - Server & Workstation CPU CoolerThe Noctua NH-U14S DX-4677 is a high-end server and workstation CPU cooler made specifically for the Intel LGA4677/LGA4710 socket and Xeon processors. Its 140mm single-tower design with an enlarged contact surface and dual NF-A15 PWM fans combines maximum performance with exceptionally quiet acoustics.
Enlarged contact surfaceAt 70x56mm, the copper contact surface is more than double the size of the standard model and tailored to the enormous integrated heat-spreaders of Intel's LGA4677/LGA4710 processors, allowing optimal heat flow from the CPU to the fins. Dual NF-A15 fansThe cooler carries two 140mm NF-A15 PWM fans in a push/pull configuration, achieving an unrivalled level of quiet cooling at up to 1500 rpm. It is the first choice for workstations that demand the best possible cooler. Professional mountingThe dedicated SecuFirm2 mounting kit for LGA4677 and pre-applied NT-H1 thermal compound ensure an optimal bond-line thickness and save installation time - ideal for system integrators.
