CPU Cooling AMD Wraith Stealth Ryzen

The AMD Wraith Stealth is the original (stock) cooler that AMD packs with many Ryzen processors. It is an air cooler with a fan and an aluminum heatsink that AMD describes as low-profile, so it fits very small PC cases, and nearly silent in operation. When Ryzen 3 launched in 2017, AMD called it the quietest, lowest-profile option in the Wraith cooler lineup.

It suits anyone building a PC around a Ryzen processor that came without a cooler or as a tray part, anyone replacing a broken or lost stock cooler, and compact systems where a tall tower cooler does not fit. AMD bundles the Wraith Stealth with processors such as the Ryzen 5 5600, Ryzen 5 5600G and Ryzen 7 5700X on AM4, and the Ryzen 5 7600, Ryzen 5 8600G and Ryzen 5 9600 on AM5.

For 65W processors such as the Ryzen 5 7600, which AMD itself boxes with the Wraith Stealth, it is the original solution from the manufacturer: simple installation, a clean black look without lighting and quiet operation.

Key features

• Low-profile design - A low height that allows installation even in very small cases, such as Mini-ITX systems and slim cases.
• Nearly-silent operation - AMD describes the Wraith Stealth as nearly silent and called it the quietest option in the Wraith lineup.
• Original AMD cooler - The cooler AMD packs with many Ryzen processors, so its fit with those processors is validated by the manufacturer.
• AM4 and AM5 - AMD boxes it with Ryzen 5000 processors on AM4 and with Ryzen 7000, 8000 and 9000 processors on AM5.
• No lighting - A no-LED version with a clean black look and the AMD logo on the fan hub.
