The be quiet! Dark Rock 4 is a quiet air cooler for Intel and AMD processors, built around a cooling tower with six copper heatpipes and a 135 mm Silent Wings fan. It is rated for a 200W TDP.
The tower and fan are tuned for quiet operation: a six-pole motor and fluid dynamic bearing allow speeds of up to 1400 RPM at about 21.4 dB(A) at full speed.
Key features
200W TDP rating - The cooler is designed for processors that dissipate up to 200W of heat. It stands 160 mm tall and weighs about 0.92 kg.
Six heatpipes - Six 6 mm copper heatpipes carry heat into the fins, and the fins have a wave contour to improve airflow.
Silent Wings 135 mm fan - A 135 x 135 x 22 mm PWM fan with up to 1400 RPM, airflow of up to 146.6 m³/h and static pressure of 2.30 mmH₂O. It uses a six-pole motor and an FDB bearing.
Low noise - Noise is rated at 10.5 dB(A) at 50% speed, 15.6 dB(A) at 75% and 21.4 dB(A) at full speed.
Intel and AMD support - It supports Intel LGA1700, LGA1200, LGA2066, LGA1150, LGA1151, LGA1155 and LGA2011(-3) as well as AMD AM5 and AM4. Clips for an optional extra 120 mm fan are included.
