| Revew | Noctua NH-L9x65 CPU CoolerThe Noctua NH-L9x65 is a low-profile air cooler for compact builds, HTPCs and Small Form Factor cases that cannot fit a tall cooler. It stands only 65 mm tall and was designed as a more powerful version of the NH-L9 series, with four heat pipes instead of two. The cooler ships with a 92 mm NF-A9x14 PWM fan, a Low-Noise Adaptor (L.N.A.), NT-H1 thermal compound and a SecuFirm2 mounting kit for Intel and AMD processors. 
Key features- Only 65 mm tall - A 95x95 mm footprint and a total height of 65 mm (51 mm without the fan), the same height as a low-profile expansion card. It suits small cases with limited clearance above the CPU.
- Full memory compatibility - The 95x95 mm footprint matches the keep-out zone of Intel LGA115x, LGA1200 and LGA17xx sockets. The cooler does not overhang the memory slots, so tall RAM modules fit.
- NF-A9x14 PWM fan - A 92 mm fan, 14 mm thick, with automatic speed control through PWM, up to 2500 rpm, airflow of up to 57.5 m³/h and noise of up to 23.6 dB(A).
- Noise-reducing adaptor - The included L.N.A. lowers the maximum speed to 1800 rpm and the noise to 14.8 dB(A). According to Noctua it allows near-silent setups with CPUs of up to 65W TDP.
- Mounting on current platforms - The SecuFirm2 kit supports AMD AM4 and AM5 and Intel LGA1851, LGA1700, LGA1200 and LGA115x (LGA1150, LGA1151, LGA1155, LGA1156).
- Usage note - The cooler is meant for small, quiet systems. It is not suitable for overclocking, and with CPUs above 100W TDP the fit should be checked against Noctua's recommendation list.
