The Delock 89343 is a Y splitter cable that lets you connect two fans with 3-pin connectors to a single fan header on the motherboard. It has one 3-pin female connector on one end and two 3-pin male connectors on the other, with a total length of 22 cm including connectors.

Both fans are powered from the motherboard header, while the speed (RPM) signal is passed through from one of the fans only. It is a simple fix when the motherboard runs out of free fan headers.
