Expansion Card PCIe x16 to M.2 Adapter w/HS Support 2280 M.2 PCIe x16 to M.2 Adapter w/HS

GENERIC PCIe x16 to M.2 Adapter w/HS Support 2280 M.2 Expansion Card

This expansion card lets you install an M.2 NVMe SSD in a PCIe x16 slot on the motherboard. It is useful when there is no free M.2 slot, on older PCs without M.2, or when you want to add another fast drive.

The drive is enclosed in an aluminum heatsink with a thermal pad that spreads SSD heat during sustained work. The card supports 2280 drives, and the SSD itself is sold separately.

Key features

• M.2 NVMe in a PCIe slot - Connect an NVMe drive through a PCIe x16 slot when the motherboard has no free M.2 slot.
• Aluminum heatsink - The metal housing and a thermal pad on the drive spread heat and help keep performance stable under load.
• 2280 drive support - Designed for M.2 NVMe drives in the common 2280 size.
• Simple installation - Unscrew the housing, insert the drive and fix it with a screw, add the thermal pad and close the heatsink.
