ASRockRack E3C236D2I Server Motherboard

The ASRock Rack E3C236D2I is a Mini-ITX (17.02 x 17.02 cm) motherboard for compact servers with an LGA1151 socket and the Intel C236 chipset. It supports Intel Xeon E3-1200 v5 and v6 processors and suits file servers, NAS builds and compact server nodes.

It includes two DDR4 slots with ECC support, six SATA3 ports with RAID, a PCIe 3.0 x16 slot, two Intel Gigabit LAN ports and an ASPEED AST2400 management controller with a dedicated IPMI port.

• Mini-ITX for a small server - A 6.7 x 6.7 inch (17.02 x 17.02 cm) footprint lets you build a server, NAS or compute node in a small chassis.
• Xeon E3-1200 v5/v6 and ECC memory - An LGA1151 socket and C236 chipset with two dual-channel DDR4 UDIMM slots. Memory supports ECC and non-ECC (non-ECC only with client operating systems), up to 2400 with v6 processors.
• IPMI remote management - The ASPEED AST2400 controller with a dedicated RTL8211E LAN port provides remote management, KVM and VGA video output without a graphics card.
• Storage and networking - Six SATA3 6Gb/s ports with RAID 0, 1, 5 and 10 (SATA0 shares with the M.2 slot) and two Intel Gigabit LAN ports (i210 and i219) with teaming and PXE.
• Expansion and ports - A PCIe 3.0 x16 slot, four USB 3.0 and two USB 2.0 ports on the rear panel, a COM serial port and an AMI UEFI BIOS.
