The MSI MPG X870E CARBON WIFI is an ATX motherboard from the MPG series, built on the AMD X870E chipset and the AM5 socket for AMD Ryzen 9000, 8000 and 7000 processors. It targets gaming PCs and powerful workstations with an 18+2+1 power design using 110A stages, an 8-layer PCB and enlarged cooling for the VRM and M.2 drives.

Connectivity includes four DDR5 slots for up to 256GB, two PCIe 5.0 x16 slots, four M.2 slots (two of them PCIe 5.0), two 40Gbps USB4 ports, 5G and 2.5G wired LAN, Wi-Fi 7 and Bluetooth 5.4.
