The B760 GAMING X WiFi6E GEN5 is an ATX board for the Intel platform that brings PCIe Gen5 performance to the mid-range. It supports Intel Core 12th, 13th and 14th generation processors and combines a hybrid power array, fast M.2 storage and Wi-Fi 6E wireless networking into a balanced gaming foundation.

Platform & chipset

The board is based on the Intel B760 chipset in an ATX form factor and supports Core processors from the 12th through 14th generations. A PCIe 5.0 x16 slot with an SMD-type UD Slot armor provides bandwidth for a current-generation graphics card plus reinforced support, while the EZ-Latch mechanism allows quick, convenient release of the card.

Memory & expansion

Four dual-channel DDR5 slots support XMP modules so acceleration profiles can be enabled easily. The storage array includes three PCIe 4.0 x4 M.2 slots, leaving plenty of room for several fast NVMe drives and a convenient split between the operating system, games and files.

Power, cooling & connectivity

A hybrid 8+1+1 phase power array delivers stable voltage to the processor, and VRM Thermal Armor together with an M.2 Thermal Guard keeps temperatures low under load. Connectivity includes 2.5GbE networking, Wi-Fi 6E with a WIFI Compass feature that helps locate the best antenna position, a front USB-C port at 10Gb/s, plus DisplayPort and HDMI. The Q-Flash Plus button allows BIOS updates with no components installed.
