    Gigabyte Z890 AORUS MASTER AI TOP Motherboard

    The Gigabyte Z890 AORUS MASTER AI TOP is an E-ATX AORUS motherboard with an LGA1851 socket and the Intel Z890 chipset for Intel Core Ultra (Series 2) processors. It belongs to the Gigabyte AI TOP platform, which is designed for training and running AI models right on your desk.

    The board combines a digital 20+1+2 phase power design, two PCIe 5.0 x16 slots for multi-GPU setups, four M.2 slots, dual 10GbE LAN, Wi-Fi 7 and two Thunderbolt 4 ports. It measures 30.5 x 28.5 cm.

    Key features

    • Built for AI work - The board is part of the Gigabyte AI TOP platform for local model training. AORUS AI Boost overclocks automatically using AI models, and AI Perfdrive offers BIOS preset profiles tailored to the user.
    • Stable power and plenty of expansion - A digital 20+1+2 phase VRM feeds the CPU, and two PCIe 5.0 x16 slots (one runs at x8 when both are used) take two graphics cards. An additional PCIe 4.0 slot runs at x4.
    • Dual 10GbE and Wi-Fi 7 - Two Marvell AQtion AQC113C 10GbE controllers suit fast transfers between computers and servers. Intel Wi-Fi 7 BE200 with Bluetooth 5.4 and a directional high-gain antenna complete the wireless side.
    • Thunderbolt 4 and lots of USB - Two Thunderbolt 4 USB-C ports also carry video, up to 5120x2880 at 60Hz. The rear panel has ten USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-A ports, and the board has a front USB 3.2 Gen 2x2 USB-C header.
    • DDR5 memory and fast storage - Four DDR5 slots support up to 256GB and speeds up to 9500 MT/s overclocked, with XMP. There are four M.2 slots, one of them PCIe 5.0 x4, and a DDR Wind Blade memory fan is included in the box.
    • Cooling and quality audio - VRM Thermal Armor Advanced and M.2 Thermal Guard XL heatsinks lower the temperature of the power components and drives. Audio uses an ESS ES9280 chip with DTS:X Ultra and an ESS ES9118 DAC for the front audio output.
