The AMD EPYC 9254 is a server processor from the AMD EPYC 9004 Series on the Zen 4 architecture, with 24 cores and 48 threads, a base clock of 2.9GHz and a boost clock of up to 4.15GHz. It is built for the SP5 socket and supports single-processor and dual-processor server configurations.

The processor suits general-purpose workloads, servers with GPU or FPGA accelerators, per-core engineering simulation (CAE, CFD and FEA) and software-defined storage. It has 128MB of L3 cache, 12 channels of DDR5 memory and 128 PCIe 5.0 lanes, with a default TDP of 200W.
