The Intel Xeon Gold 5315Y is a 3rd Gen Intel Xeon Scalable server processor (formerly Ice Lake) made on a 10nm process for the FCLGA4189 socket. It has 8 cores and 16 threads, a 3.20GHz base clock, up to 3.60GHz Turbo, 12MB of cache and a 140W TDP.

It supports eight-channel DDR4-2933 ECC memory up to 6TB and 64 PCIe 4.0 lanes. It supports dual-processor servers with three UPI links at 11.2 GT/s. This is the tray version: the processor only, without a retail box or cooler.
