The Intel Xeon Gold 6328H is a server processor from the 3rd Gen Intel Xeon Scalable family (code name Cooper Lake), built for LGA4189 server platforms. It has 16 cores and 32 threads, a 2.80GHz base clock and a boost clock of up to 4.30GHz.

The processor supports six-channel DDR4 RDIMM memory at speeds of up to 2933MHz and capacity of up to 1.12TB, and offers 48 PCIe 3.0 lanes. This model is supplied in Tray packaging, without a retail box.
