Intel Xeon Platinum 8351N Processor

The Intel Xeon Platinum 8351N is a 3rd Gen Intel Xeon Scalable server processor (formerly Ice Lake) made on a 10nm process for the FCLGA4189 socket. It has 36 cores and 72 threads, a 2.40GHz base clock, up to 3.50GHz Turbo, 54MB of cache and a 225W TDP.

It supports eight-channel DDR4-2933 ECC memory up to 6TB and 64 PCIe 4.0 lanes. It is intended for single-processor (1S) servers. This is the tray version: the processor only, without a retail box or cooler.
