Intel Xeon Platinum 8352Y Processor

The Intel Xeon Platinum 8352Y is a server processor from the 3rd Gen Intel Xeon Scalable family, built on the Ice Lake architecture. It has 32 cores and 64 threads, a 2.20GHz base clock and a boost clock of up to 3.40GHz, and suits virtualization, databases and heavily threaded workloads.

The processor fits the LGA4189 socket on server motherboards with up to two CPUs, and supports eight-channel DDR4-3200 memory and PCIe 4.0. This model is supplied in Tray packaging, without a cooler.
