The Intel Xeon Platinum 8354H is a 3rd Gen Intel Xeon Scalable server processor (formerly Cooper Lake) made on a 14nm process for the FCLGA4189 socket. It has 18 cores and 36 threads, a 3.10GHz base clock, up to 4.30GHz Turbo, 24.75MB of cache and a 205W TDP.

It supports six-channel DDR4-3200 RDIMM memory up to 1.12TB and 48 PCIe 3.0 lanes. It suits servers with up to 8 processors and has 6 UPI links. This is the tray version: the processor only, without a retail box or cooler.
