Intel Xeon Silver 4310T Processor

The Intel Xeon Silver 4310T is a server processor from the 3rd Gen Intel Xeon Scalable family (code name Ice Lake), built on a 10nm process for the FCLGA4189 socket. It has 10 cores and 20 threads, a 2.30GHz base clock and a Turbo clock of up to 3.40GHz, 15MB of cache and a TDP of 105W.

The processor supports eight-channel DDR4-2667 ECC memory up to 6TB and 64 PCIe 4.0 lanes, and works in two-processor servers with two UPI links at 10.4 GT/s. This is the Tray version, the processor alone without a box and without a cooler.

• PCIe 4.0 - 64 PCIe 4.0 lanes for fast network cards, accelerators and NVMe drives. Two-processor servers are supported, with two UPI links at 10.4 GT/s.
• Built-in security - Intel SGX with a default maximum EPC size of 8GB (together with Intel SPS).
• Instruction set extensions - Intel SSE4.2, AVX, AVX2 and AVX-512 with two AVX-512 FMA units for data-intensive computing.
• Tray version - The processor only, without a box and without a cooler, for use in a server or workstation with an LGA4189 socket.
