AMD EPYC 9654 Processor

The AMD EPYC 9654 is a 4th generation EPYC (9004 series) server processor for the SP5 socket, with 96 cores and 192 threads, a 2.4GHz base clock and up to 3.7GHz boost. Its 384MB L3 cache and support for one- or two-socket servers make it a foundation for data centers, virtualization and heavy business workloads.

The processor supports 12 channels of DDR5 memory at up to 4800MT/s, with 460.8GB/s of bandwidth per socket, and 128 PCIe 5.0 lanes for network cards, accelerators and NVMe storage. The default TDP is 360W, configurable (cTDP) in the 320-400W range.
