The AMD Ryzen 5 8400F is a Ryzen 8000 Series desktop processor (former codename Phoenix) built on the Zen 4 architecture for the AM5 socket. It has 6 cores and 12 threads, a 4.2GHz base clock, up to 4.7GHz boost, 6MB of L2 and 16MB of L3 cache, and is a cost-effective entry point to the AM5 platform for gaming and everyday work.

This is the retail BOX version in the original AMD box with a Wraith Stealth cooler, so you can build a PC without buying separate cooling. The processor has no integrated graphics, so a separate graphics card is required. TDP is 65W.
