The Intel Core Ultra 5 225 is a desktop processor from the Intel Core Ultra (Series 2) family, code name Arrow Lake. It has 10 cores: 6 Performance-cores with Max Turbo up to 4.9 GHz and 4 Efficient-cores up to 4.4 GHz, backed by 20MB Intel Smart Cache and 22MB of L2. It is built on TSMC N3B and fits LGA1851 motherboards.

It is a great fit for a powerful office PC, a home workstation or a sensible gaming build with a discrete graphics card. The 65W base power keeps the system cool and quiet, and the boxed version already includes the Intel Laminar RM2 cooler, so there is no need to buy a separate one.

Beyond the CPU cores it brings Intel Graphics with AV1 encoding and up to 4 displays, plus the Intel AI Boost NPU. Together they deliver 23 TOPS of AI performance, so Windows Studio Effects and local AI tools run without loading the CPU cores.
