The Intel Core Ultra 5 250K Plus is a desktop processor from the Intel Core Ultra 200S Plus series, the refresh of the Arrow Lake generation for the LGA1851 socket. It has 18 cores, 6 Performance-cores and 12 Efficient-cores, and a turbo clock of up to 5.3GHz, and suits gaming PCs, content creation and heavy multitasking.

The processor supports DDR5 memory at up to 7200 MT/s and PCIe 5.0, and integrates Intel Graphics plus an Intel AI Boost NPU for AI workloads. According to Intel, the Plus series raises the die-to-die (D2D) frequency by up to 900MHz. It is sold as a retail boxed processor without a cooler.

• Integrated graphics and NPU - Intel Graphics with 4 Xe-cores and support for up to 4 displays, plus an Intel AI Boost NPU rated at 13 TOPS. Total processor AI performance reaches 30 TOPS.
• Unlocked multiplier - The K model allows clock tuning and overclocking on supported motherboards. Base power is 125W and maximum turbo power is 159W.
