Intel Xeon 674X Processor

The Intel Xeon 674X is a workstation processor from the Intel Xeon 600 processors for Workstation series, built on the Intel 3 process. It has 28 Performance cores and 56 threads, a 3.0GHz base frequency and a turbo frequency of up to 4.9GHz through Intel Turbo Boost Max Technology 3.0.

The processor is designed for single-processor workstation platforms with an FCLGA4710 socket. It provides eight DDR5 memory channels, ECC memory support and up to 128 PCIe 5.0 lanes for professional graphics cards, storage and expansion cards.
