Intel Xeon Gold 5320 Processor

The Intel Xeon Gold 5320 is a 3rd Gen Intel Xeon Scalable server processor (former codename Ice Lake) made on a 10nm process for the FCLGA4189 socket. It has 26 cores and 52 threads, a 2.20GHz base clock, up to 3.40GHz Turbo, 39MB of cache and a 185W TDP.

It supports eight-channel DDR4-2933 ECC memory up to 6TB, 64 PCIe 4.0 lanes and three UPI links in dual-socket servers. With Intel SGX, Total Memory Encryption and Intel Crypto Acceleration it suits private cloud, virtualization and database servers. This is the tray version: the processor only, without a retail box or cooler.
