Intel Xeon Gold 6542Y Processor

The Intel Xeon Gold 6542Y is a 5th Gen Intel Xeon Scalable server processor (former codename Emerald Rapids) made on the Intel 7 process for the FCLGA4677 socket. It has 24 cores and 48 threads, a 2.9GHz base clock, up to 4.1GHz Turbo, 60MB of cache and a 250W TDP.

It supports eight-channel DDR5-5200 ECC memory up to 4TB, 80 PCIe 5.0 lanes and built-in accelerators such as Intel AMX and Intel DSA, and suits single and dual-socket servers for virtualization, databases and AI workloads. This is the tray version: the processor only, without a retail box or cooler.
