The Intel Core Ultra 7 265KF belongs to the Intel Core Ultra Series 2 desktop family (Arrow Lake) and fits the LGA1851 socket. It combines 8 Performance-cores and 12 Efficient-cores, 20 threads, a turbo frequency of up to 5.5GHz and 30MB of Intel Smart Cache, and is manufactured on TSMC N3B.

The processor is unlocked for overclocking (K series), supports DDR5 memory up to 6400 MT/s and up to 24 PCIe 5.0 and 4.0 lanes, and includes an Intel AI Boost NPU to accelerate AI workloads. The KF model has no integrated graphics, so a discrete graphics card is required.

• Unlocked for overclocking - A K model with 125W processor base power and 250W maximum turbo power, allowing performance tuning on a supporting motherboard. The KF version has no integrated graphics, so a graphics card must be installed.
