It has 4 cores and 8 threads thanks to Hyper-Threading, a 3.7GHz base clock that rises to 4.4GHz with Turbo Boost 2.0 and 6MB of cache, making it a fit for budget gaming PCs, office PCs and home computers.

It supports dual-channel DDR4-2666 memory up to 128GB and 16 PCIe 3.0 lanes, with a 65W TDP. The F suffix means it has no integrated graphics, so a discrete graphics card is required. The boxed version comes in the retail box with an Intel cooler.
