The Kingston ValueRAM KVR64A52BD8-32 is a 32GB DDR5 memory module in the CUDIMM (Clocked Unbuffered DIMM) format for desktop PCs and workstations. In addition to the memory chips, the module carries a Clock Driver (CKD) that stabilizes the clock signal at high frequencies.

The module runs to the JEDEC standard at DDR5-6400 with CL52-52-52 timings at 1.1V. It is based on 16 x 2G x 8-bit FBGA components plus a Clock Driver (CKD) in a 2Rx8 layout. Make sure the motherboard and BIOS support CUDIMM memory.
