The Transcend JM4800ALG-8G is a JetRam DDR5 Unbuffered Long-DIMM memory module for desktop computers, with 8GB of capacity and a speed of 4800 MT/s. It complies with JEDEC standards and uses true ETT grade, brand-name DRAM chips that have passed Transcend's screening and testing.

DDR5 has two independent 32-bit channels per module. The low 1.1V operating voltage and the power management IC (PMIC) reduce signal interference and power consumption, and on-die ECC detects and corrects data errors inside the memory chips.
